This week's dinner is perfect for vegetarians and anyone who loves a warm bowl of soup on a chilly evening.
My Roasted Butternut Squash Soup is made with fresh butternut squash that is seasoned and roasted then blended with organic vegetable broth into a velvety golden soup. The Asiago-Black Pepper biscuits are much more health conscious than standard biscuits using a fraction of the butter of typical recipes and organic flour. This meal is also freezeable or great as leftovers. A full serving consists of approximately 2 cups of soup and 2 biscuits and costs $8.75 per serving (this price includes sales tax).

It is also essential that you disclose ALL dietary needs of your family members (ie. allergies). You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order and you will receive a telephone call on Thursday the 10th with your pick up time (between 5:00 and 5:30 P.M.).
If you would like to earn a twenty-five cent credit per serving please bring your own containers for pickup.
A family of 2 will need: a one-quart jar or bowl with a lid and a baggie or foil for the biscuits.
A family of 4 will need: 2 one-quart jars with lids or a medium sized bowl with a lid and a baggie or foil for the biscuits.
The Meals By Maggie kitchen is located at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church (341 Village Blvd., Incline Village, NV) near the playground. Depending on the weather, the parking area may be icy.
