The Meals By Maggie kitchen will officially be closed the weeks of March 4th, 11th, and 18th as my family takes a much needed vacation.  But don't worry local customers, you may in fact benefit from three weeks without dinner from me.  I will be visiting a small Mayan village in northern Belize and will be able to take part in some traditional cooking with our hosts.  I hope to bring home some new ideas, flavors and inspiration to share with all of you!
