I'm sorry to say that I will not be cooking for anyone other than my own family on Thursday, December 24th. I will be back in the kitchen on a special night, Wednesday, December 30th, to make Chicken Wellington with Veloute Sauce and Honey-Glazed Peas and Carrots.
Then I'll start off the new year with Vegetarian Minestrone Soup with Olive and Sundried Tomato Fougasse Bread on January 7th.
