A visit from the local health department earlier in the week to sign off the kitchen as "ready to operate"and a trip to file the last of my county business license paperwork today means I am now an officially licensed catering company!!!!
My first working/cooking day will be Thursday, December 3rd. A separate post will have all the meal details and instructions on how to order.
