After two solid months of planning, licensing, testing, and worrying I am well on my way to officially beginning work on my new business, "Meals By Maggie."
The idea behind my business is to help busy families (and anyone else who's interested) have at least one night a week when dinner is taken care of without a take-out menu being involved. Instead they can preorder any number of servings of my delicious "home-cooked" meals, come pick them up and take them home to enjoy.
With any luck I will be able to offer this service by the middle of November 2009.
